This policy applies to the Facebook Page Rumawip kuala Lumpur and tools used by its administrator to publish Page content and review Page activity. It describes the information those tools may handle when authorised.

1. Information that may be processed
When the Page administrator authorises a tool, it may process information available through the permissions granted by Meta, such as Page name and ID, Page posts, comments or other Page activity, and aggregated Page insights. If you contact us or send a housing enquiry, we may also receive the details and message content you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, housing preferences, and the contents of your enquiry.
2. How information is used
Information is used to administer and publish content to the Page, understand Page performance, respond to enquiries, and provide property-related information or assistance you request. If an AI service is used for a task you request, relevant content may be processed by that service to complete the task.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by Meta when you use Facebook, and by service providers (including hosting or AI providers) only as needed to provide a requested or authorised function. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
4. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and take reasonable steps to protect it. Data held by Meta or another service provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
5. Your choices and deletion requests
You may stop using the Page or withdraw a tool’s access in your Facebook settings. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have provided to us, email casey126properties@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy or Data Deletion Request”. Tell us what information or interaction your request concerns. We may need to verify your identity before acting. This does not delete information held by Meta; contact Meta separately for that.
6. Children
Our Page and tools are not directed at children under 18. Please do not send children’s personal information through the Page.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version will be published on this page. For privacy questions, contact casey126properties@gmail.com.
